Jrswap (“the Platform”) is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that allows users to trade cryptocurrencies across different blockchains. Jrswap operates on multiple mainnets including Zksync, Arbitrum, , providing a secure, non-custodial platform for crypto asset trading. Key Features of the Platform include: • Non-custodial Trading Environment • Liquidity Pool Management • Swapping of Crypto Assets across Supported Chains • Advanced Trading Settings, including Slippage Tolerance and Gas Fee Optimization • Viewing Open Positions and Transaction History Fee Structure: JR Swap applies a 0.25% transaction fee on every swap conducted on the platform. • 70% of Fees: Go to liquidity providers as a reward for contributing to the liquidity pools. • 20% of Fees: Allocated to the sustainability of JR Swap operations. • 10% of Fees: Utilized for the buyback and burn of JR Tokens, reducing the total circulating supply over time. Jrswap is designed to empower users by providing a secure and efficient trading experience, allowing you to trade directly from your wallet without the need for intermediaries. However, before you begin trading, we want to emphasize the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency. The market is highly volatile, and trading outcomes are not guaranteed. It’s crucial to approach trading with a well-informed mindset and caution. By participating and using Jrswap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms (the “Jrswap Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not fully understand or accept these Terms, you should not use the platform.Eligibility and Acceptable Use The Jrswap Platform may not be available in all markets and jurisdictions, and we may restrict or prohibit its use in certain locations (“Restricted Locations”). You further represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Platform or other similar services provided by other parties; (c) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (d) are using our Platform in your own name and solely for your own benefit; (e) are not located in, under the jurisdiction of, or a national or resident of any Restricted Locations, see Sanctions List Search Tool; (f) will not use our Platform if any applicable laws in your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms; (g) are not a designated person under regulations issued pursuant to the lists of individuals or entities identified by the Security Council of the United Nations, including any such list updated by the Security Council, available at United Nations Website; and (h) have read and understood these Terms, the Terms of Use of the Platform, and the Risk Disclosure Statement. Nothing on the Jrswap Platform shall be deemed to constitute solicitation or intention to solicit any individuals to use the Platform. You shall promptly stop using the Platform if you are a resident of a jurisdiction that does not allow the use of DEXs or engaging in crypto-related activities. Additionally, by agreeing to these terms, you certify that you engage in blockchain-based networks as part of your professional activity and are familiar with DEXs and the associated risks. General Obligations This Section applies to all trades completed via the Jrswap Platform and any transaction in which you transfer funds (ETH or BNB) into your trading account. • Conditions and Restrictions: We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, refuse any trade submitted via the Platform, impose limits on trade amounts, or impose any other conditions or restrictions without prior notice. • Accuracy of Information: You must provide any required information when creating an account. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. • Insufficient Funds: If your account has insufficient funds to complete an order, it will be rejected in full. • Taxes: You are responsible for determining applicable taxes and reporting them. We are not responsible for collecting or remitting any taxes arising from trades. • Compliance with Laws: You represent that you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding any service provided by us. • Security of Account: It is your responsibility to secure your login details and account information. Trades • Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and actual execution rates may differ from indicated rates due to fluctuations. We are not liable for price fluctuations. In the event of a market disruption, we may suspend access or prevent actions via the Platform. • Independent Relationship, No Advice: We act as a neutral intermediary, not as an advisor or fiduciary. All trades are executed on a non-advisory basis. Availability of Platform We strive to ensure the Platform’s availability; however, availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as internet disruptions. We may update or modify the Platform to enhance the user experience, but we are not responsible for downtime or any resulting losses. Acceptable Use When using the Platform, you agree not to: • Violate any law or commit any illegal activity; • Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Platform’s functioning; • Engage in illegal gambling, fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorism activities; • Use another user’s account without authorization; • Introduce malware or harmful software. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, in cases of a breach of these Terms, applicable laws, or other necessary reasons. Upon termination, we will return any remaining funds stored in your account unless prohibited by law. Discontinuance of Platform We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform without liability to you, including suspending trading or ceasing services in certain jurisdictions. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that data stored or transferred through the Platform may be lost or corrupted. You are responsible for backing up information. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on Platform information or system failures. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violations of these Terms, or violations of laws and regulations. Intellectual Property The Platform and its contents, including software and data, are exclusively owned by Jrswap. We reserve the right to update or discontinue access to Platform contents at any time. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Entire Agreement These Terms contain the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Platform.
